How to Meal Prep Like a Pro with LUNCH:ON

1. Tupperware is Essential

The first rule of meal prepping is to invest in good Tupperware. If you’re planning on cooking for the week ahead, you’re going to need something to store everything in, keep food fresh, easy to grab and eat when the time comes. Basically, you want BPA free, microwave & freezer-friendly, compartmentalized Tupperware. There are lots of different kinds available on Amazon or in your local store that you can browse to fit your specific meal prepping needs. 2. Schedule in your Meal Prep Time

Whether you’re cooking or ordering in advance, schedule in some time on the weekend to prepare your food. 4.Mix it Up
