HOW DO I TURN MUNCH:ON AT MY LOCATION

Easy. Tell us where you’d like your food delivered. Whether it’s your home, office, or both, we’re most probably feeding you. If we’re not, then it’s because we need more people around you to sign up. So, spread the word & help us be your food friend. If you need more info, shoot us an email at [email protected], we’d be happy to have a conversation.

How do I order?

You can place your order online through our website or mobile app. Be sure to look for the order confirmation notification to follow.

WHAT MEALS CAN I ORDER?

What you see on your menu depends on your location, but we offer a selection of meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner & groceries with specific timings for each!

How will I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. We will also email you a payment receipt confirming your order details. If you do not receive these, there may be a problem with the payment method we have on file. Feel free to email us at [email protected], send us a message on whatsapp at +97142485891, or use the chat option on the left hand side of your menu in the website or the ‘Account Settings’ on the app.

Can I place a group order?

To place a group order go online and order the quantity you’d like! Sharing is catering. Did you know we do catering too? For the easiest group ordering experience contact our catering team at [email protected] or head to our catering page catering.lunchon.ae to order.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, you can preorder and edit your orders at any time before the cut-off.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the meal cut-off time in the ‘Manage Orders’ section. We will then automatically provide you with MUNCH:ON credits to use on your next order. If you’d like to request for a refund, get in touch with our chat support team and they’ll fix you up.

Is the food always the same?

Nope, we change up our restaurants and pick the best options from their menus, getting you the best variety of cuisines. Don’t worry though, if we notice that a particular dish or restaurant is your favorite, we’ll feature it more often.

Can I customize my order?

No, unfortunately you can’t. It's one of the ways we can keep our prices so low.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OR DELIVERY FEE?

Not for meals. You pay the amount you see. If you’re placing an order for groceries, we may charge you a small delivery fee to ensure the convenience of next day delivery.

How will I know when my food has been delivered?

You will receive a notification message once your food has been delivered to its designated location.

Do I need to be available to pick up my food when it’s delivered?

Nope! If you’re ordering from the office, your order will be delivered to a designated common location so no need to interrupt what you are doing. We’ve got you covered. If you’re ordering from home, your food will be dropped off at your doorstep.

What do I do if I’m not happy with my delivery?

We definitely want to hear about it. Contact us via chat or shoot us an email at [email protected] so we can sort it out.

Why was 1.00 charged to my credit card when I signed up?

When adding a new card our payment provider will deduct an amount of 1.00. Don’t worry, this amount will only be authorized and is never charged. If for any reason, your bank actually charges you for this amount, our system will immediately reimburse you.

Can I rate my meal?

Yes, once your order is delivered you will be asked to give it a rating from 1-5 and feel free to leave a comment. This will help us serve you better and will be directly communicated to the restaurant.

MUNCH:ON PRO FAQs

What is MUNCH:ON Pro?

MUNCH:ON PRO (or “PRO”) is a monthly membership which gives you access to your daily lunch for under AED 30 with free delivery. There is a -day free trial which renews thereafter at per month.

What do I need to sign up? Is Pro available to everyone?

The PRO membership is currently available to users in select areas of the UAE. If you are an eligible user, you’ll be able to sign up by clicking “Start Free Trial” on the MUNCH:ON PRO landing page. You must have a verified mobile phone number, verified via SMS during sign up or from your Account Settings.

How do I manage my MEMBERSHIP?

You can view and manage your PRO membership details in the “Basic” section of the Profile page or under the MUNCH:ON PRO section in your Account Settings on the app.

I cancelled by mistake, can I restart my MEMBERSHIP?

If you cancelled during your free trial period, you will no longer be eligible to use the remaining time on this offer. If you accidentally cancelled your membership and wish to stay on PRO, you need to become a paid member. To find out more, email us at [email protected]

What happens after my free trial?

Your membership renews automatically at per month so you can continue enjoying MUNCH:ON PRO with daily lunch for under AED 30.

Do I have to order every day?

No, just order whenever you like!

How many lunches can I order a day at under AED 30?

You get one order per day at the PRO price of and any additional orders that day will be charged at the regular price.

What meal and restaurant options will I get?

Your meal and restaurant options will vary on a daily basis based on your home or company address.

How much does the food typically cost? How much am I saving?

Meals vary in price but are normally between and 60. PRO customers get those same meals at the PRO price.

What if I don’t like the options that you show me?

We do our best to show options that you'll love, but if that's not the case please let us know! Email us at [email protected]

DINNER FAQs

How does dinner work with MUNCH:ON?

Here’s the deal:

At 4:45 PM: MUNCH:ON will notify you of the dinner options delivering to your home for the day.

Before 6:15 PM: Place your order on the website or our app.

Between 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner is delivered straight to your doorstep.

Can I get dinner delivered at an earlier or later time?

7:30 PM - 8:00 PM is the only time delivery window available.

How much is dinner with MUNCH:ON?

As a limited time offer we have a fabulously low price of only 25. No delivery fees or minimums.

Is there a PRO membership fee for dinner?

Nope. During the pilot you can order all your dinner meals for 25. At this time no membership is needed to redeem this offer.

Is dinner available in my area/building? When will you start?

We currently serve dinner in Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown, DIFC and Trade Centre, Barsha Heights (Tecom), The Greens, the Springs and Meadows and are adding more areas every few weeks! Don’t see a menu? Update your home address and we'll let you know as soon as we serve your area.

What days of the week can I order dinner?

Dinner is available daily to your home just like lunch.

I changed my home address. Why can’t I see dinner anymore?

You might be outside of the areas we serve. Don't worry, we're adding new areas every week, we'll get to you soon!

I added my home address but I can’t see the dinner section.

We are currently piloting dinner at select buildings in Dubai Marina. Your building may not be within our area of operation yet. We’ll let you know as soon as we start delivering to your building/area.

My neighbors and flat/roommates can see dinner but I can’t. How can I get dinner?

During the pilot, dinner will be available to select users. If you want early access just make you’ve added your home address and then drop us an email at [email protected]

I entered the wrong home address. How can I change it?

Easy. Just tap the profile icon and update your home address.

Can I get dinner delivered to my office instead?

Dinner is only available in select residential locations at this time.

Can I order dinner for 2 people or more? Will I get each meal at the same price?

Of course! Dinner is always better with family and friends. Just remember to select the quantity of meals when placing your order. Want different dishes? That’s okay too! Simply place separate orders for each item. During the pilot each meal is only 25.

Can I order meals from multiple restaurants for dinner?

Yes. But you will need to place a separate order for each meal.
However, please note that meals from seperate restaurants are likely to arrive at different times within the delivery window of 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

How will I know when my dinner is delivered?

For dinner we will deliver your meal straight to your doorstep. The delivery driver will knock or ring your doorbell.

I did not get a notification when my food arrived.

Notifications are only sent after all meals in the building have been delivered. As such, you may experience some delay in receiving the notification. For that reason, our delivery drivers will knock or ring your doorbell.

What if I’m not at home when you deliver my order?

If you are not available to receive your order we will drop off the meals next to your door. Please note you will not receive a call.

Why didn’t I receive a call when the meal was delivered?

Your mobile number will not be shared with our delivery drivers. If you need any help please send us a message, give us a call or email us at [email protected]

My order says delivered but I can’t find my food anywhere?

Please give us a call or send us a message by clicking the chat option on the left hand side of your menu so we can look into this right away.

Can I customize my dinner?

Unfortunately, we are not able to customize any meals. This helps ensure we offer you fabulously low prices for dinner.

I already placed an order. How can I change the delivery location?

If you need to change the delivery location you will need to cancel and place a new order.
Changing your address location in the profile will not automatically change the delivery destination.
However, please note we are currently only serving selected residential areas. We may not be able to deliver to your new or updated delivery location.
If you cancel your order(s) prior to the cut-off time (6:15 PM), your account will be automatically credited.

My security doesn’t allow delivery drivers up/in the building

If our driver is not allowed up to your door, we'll give you a call when your meal is ready to be collected from your building's lobby. Make sure you have your phone nearby.
