HOW DO I TURN MUNCH:ON AT MY LOCATION

Easy. Tell us where you’d like your food delivered. Whether it’s your home, office, or both, we’re most probably feeding you. If we’re not, then it’s because we need more people around you to sign up. So, spread the word & help us be your food friend. If you need more info, shoot us an email at [email protected], we’d be happy to have a conversation.

How do I order?

You can place your order online through our website or mobile app. Be sure to look for the order confirmation notification to follow.

WHAT MEALS CAN I ORDER?

What you see on your menu depends on your location, but we offer a selection of meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner with specific timings for each!

How will I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. We will also email you a payment receipt confirming your order details. If you do not receive these, there may be a problem with the payment method we have on file. Feel free to email us at [email protected] or use the “Support” option on the top left hand side profile icon on the website or the ‘Account Settings’ on the app.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, you can preorder and edit your orders at any time before the cut-off.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the meal cut-off time in the ‘Manage Orders’ section. We will then automatically provide you with MUNCH:ON credits to use on your next order. If you’d like to request for a refund, get in touch with our chat support team and they’ll fix you up.

Is the food always the same?

Nope, we change up our restaurants and pick the best options from their menus, getting you the best variety of cuisines. Don’t worry though, if we notice that a particular dish or restaurant is your favorite, we’ll feature it more often.

Can I customize my order?

No, unfortunately you can’t. It's one of the ways we can keep our prices so low.

Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?

Nope! We never charge delivery fees & there is no minimum order.

How will I know when my food has been delivered?

You will receive a notification message once your food has been delivered to its designated location.

Do I need to be available to pick up my food when it’s delivered?

Nope! If you’re ordering from the office, your order will be delivered to a designated common location so no need to interrupt what you are doing. We’ve got you covered. If you’re ordering from home, your food will be dropped off at your doorstep.

What do I do if I’m not happy with my delivery?

We definitely want to hear about it. Contact us via chat or shoot us an email at [email protected] so we can sort it out.

Why was AED 1.00 charged to my credit card when I signed up?

When adding a new card our payment provider will deduct an amount of AED 1.00. Don’t worry, this amount will only be authorized and is never charged. If for any reason, your bank actually charges you for this amount, our system will immediately reimburse you.

Can I rate my meal?

Yes, once your order is delivered you will be asked to give it a rating from 1-5 and feel free to leave a comment. This will help us serve you better and will be directly communicated to the restaurant.

I did not get a notification when my food arrived.

Notifications are only sent after all meals in the building have been delivered. As such, you may experience some delay in receiving the notification.

My order says delivered but I can’t find my food anywhere?

Please give us a call or send us a message by clicking the chat option on the left hand side of your menu so we can look into this right away.

I already placed an order. How can I change the delivery location?

If you need to change the delivery location you will need to cancel and place a new order.
Changing your address location in the profile will not automatically change the delivery destination.
However, please note we may not be able to deliver to your new or updated delivery location.
If you cancel your order(s) prior to the cut-off time, your account will be automatically credited.

My security doesn’t allow delivery drivers up/in the building

If our driver is not allowed up to you, we'll give you a call when your meal is ready to be collected from your building's lobby. Make sure you have your phone nearby.

MUNCH:ON PRO FAQs

What is MUNCH:ON PRO?

PRO is our month subscription with discounted regular and premium meals. For only AED 39/month, you’ll get a meal a day, on weekdays, at AED 25 with free delivery. You’ll also see premium meals for AED 29.

What do I need to sign up? Is Pro available to everyone?

The PRO subscription is currently available to users in select areas of the UAE. If you are an eligible user, you’ll be able to sign up, and see a menu, through the app or website. You must have a verified mobile phone number, verified via SMS during sign up or from your Account Settings.

How do I manage my SUBSCRIPTION?

You can view and manage your PRO subscription details in the “Subscription” section under the Account page on the website or under the MUNCH:ON PRO section in your Account Settings on the app.

When do i get charged?

You’ll be charged month for your subscription at AED 39. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you with a SMS message and an email to let you know your subscription has been renewed. You’ll only be charged for meals if you order, the same as other food delivery platforms. Want to check the details of your current subscription? Click here.

How does my PRO subscription renew?

Your PRO subscription will renew automatically every month. You can easily cancel at any time, and you’ll still be able to use the remaining days on that month's PRO subscription. To cancel, head to ‘MUNCH:ON Pro - Manage’ in your account settings on the app or under ‘Basic’ in your account settings on the website.

I cancelled by mistake, can i restart my subscription?

If you accidentally canceled your subscription and wish to stay on PRO, you can re-subscribe to regain access to discounted meals. To find out more, email us at [email protected]

Do I have to order everyday?

No, just order whenever you like! You start saving on your PRO subscription after just 4 order a week, but there is no commitment to order.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I ORDER A DAY FOR AED 25?

You get 1 order per day at the PRO price and any additional orders that day will be charged at the regular price. Don’t worry though, our regular prices are also discounted & you’ll still get free delivery on every order!

What meal and restaurant options will I get?

Your meal and restaurant options will vary on a daily basis based on your home or company address.

How much does the food typically cost? How much am I saving?

Meals vary in price but are normally between AED 35 and AED 60. PRO customers get those same meals at the PRO price saving up to 55%

When do i break even on my subscription?

It depends on the original price of the meals you order but most users break even after just 4 orders a month. There is no commitment to order, but the more you order the more you’ll save!

How much do i save a month?

This depends on how many times you order & what meals you’re ordering. If you order twice a week you’ll easily save over AED 200 a month.There is no commitment to order, so it’s up to you how much you want to save!

What if I don’t like the options that you show me?

We do our best to show options that you'll love, but if that's not the case please let us know! Email us at [email protected]

What happens if I go on vacation?

You can pause your subscription once every subscription period. You can choose what days you’d like your subscription paused and it will automatically resume once you place an order again. You will not lose any days by pausing. To pause simply go to the Account page on the website,and under the ‘Manage your Subscription’ section on the “Subscription” tab and click on ‘Pause Subscription’.

Why does my workplace address show a menu but my home address doesn’t?

If you don’t see a menu, this means we don’t serve that area at the moment. We try to expand our serviceable areas as much as possible whilst remaining eco-friendly. We group our orders from users in the same area which is why we don’t serve some areas but the more users we have in an area the faster we can serve it!
